Bad experience.. Bought water heater by November 2020 and is not working for past 5 days also the red indicator not worked for 3 weeks.. Raised complaints many times and reached customer care team but still the issue not resolved..

Hi, I have purchased new OTG 2200TM SS last week. Upon its operation noticed bottom heating element not working. Upon checking the unit with service technician it is identified control switch not working. New unit itself switch not working. Terribly disappointed with QC check before sending it to customers

Bought two new geysers from Bajaj in Bangalore. Utterly dissatisfied to experience extreme delay and inefficient response from the customer care team. They were not even ready to register my complaints stating that they couldn’t help! Regretting my decision of buying a Bajaj product. Recommend people reading this to consider options available of other companies which provide efficient and customer friendly after sales service. The technician who came to install the geyser-Mr. Narsimha Naidu was extremely rude and argumentative, refused to complete the job stating that I wasted his time and was asking me to pay him money for installation and equipment that he would use to complete the job.

We have bought bajaj majesty gas stove of 3 burner which is still in warnty. The two of burner have stoped working properly from the month of may . Since it was lockdown we did not complaint about it and also bajaj service sector was closed. So we complained about it on 2 july2020 but still today 22 July no enginer has to come for service. Every time I call they say within 2 days enginer will visit. But now it's really disgusting to receive such an service from bajaj. They provide us different number which are out of network or not answered by any one 9833513485/ 2261107859/9527693778 all this number. And most funniest part was that they call for a feedback for the service which we never received.
